Hair Care Attention:
Due to the special nature of the grey hair, please avoid hot water when you wash it. We recommend washing the hair with cold water and non-alkaline shampoo or conditioner.
For better experience on this new grey headband wig, the cap structure is slightly different than the earlier version, but does not affect the installation.

This means the hair extensions have NOT been brushed out, combed with your fingers, washed, installed, colored, or bleached. The ties have NOT been cut. We cannot do return or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions.
