If you feel that the curl pattern you received is COMPLETELY different from the curl pattern of your own hair, please email customerservice@hergivenhair.com ASAP, and keep the hair EXACTLY THE WAY IT CAME. This means the hair extensions have NOT been brushed out, combed with your fingers, washed, installed, colored, or bleached. The ties have NOT been cut. We cannot do return or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions.

Does the hair have a scent? like a fish smell or a weird warehouse smell. If so how do you wash it off?

The hair will comes with a little smell because we use chemical reagent when culring.
And coloring also might cause smell. But it will fade away after washing. Just usual shampoo and condtioner is fine.
