If you feel that the curl pattern you received is COMPLETELY different from the curl pattern of your own hair, please email customerservice@hergivenhair.com ASAP, and keep the hair EXACTLY THE WAY IT CAME. This means the hair extensions have NOT been brushed out, combed with your fingers, washed, installed, colored, or bleached. The ties have NOT been cut. We cannot do return or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions.
(3)Please do remember to co-wash the hair before your first install to reduce tangling.

Hello! I recently purchased the "crowned in my coily" unit 60 days ago and absolutely LOVED it! Unfortunately I ruined the unit I purchased; it matted and fused together due to a deep conditioning treatment I used. I would like to purchase a replacement unit in the same style, but I wanted to buy an all-lace unit. I am completely bald due to a medical condition (alopecia), so I do not want to purchase another unit with tracks. Is there a way that I would be able to send in my head measurements? Last time, I ordered a small but it was too large for my head.

Thank you for your inquiry.
First, the full lace wig and lace front wig vary mainly in the size of lace, the former whole cap size lace and the latter 13''*6''.
And our full lace wig is completely hand-tied, while the lace front wig and lace closure wig are half machine made & half hand tied wig.
The full lace wig allows you to part anywhere to style, while the others only the lace part.
Second, deeply bleached knots means to make the knots more invisible compared to the lightly bleached knots.
It can be done with 1B color service.
Third, our wigs are protective styling, you can wear a wig cap underneath your wig to better protect your hair and adjust the final look. Our wig has an adjustable strap and an elastic band. You can also use the clips all the way for they are on the very edge, or cut some part of the wig cap.

As for the hair color, natuarl color is more like dark brown, and the #1B will be more black as you know.
And for bleaching knots, it is for the knots on the lace. The lace part will be invisible.
